Does RefundTrail start a return or request a refund?
No. It keeps the details and reminders you enter. You contact the store or carrier and complete the return yourself.
Does it look up a store’s return policy?
No. You set and confirm the deadline. RefundTrail doesn’t predict whether an item qualifies or promise that a retailer will issue a refund.
What does the lifetime unlock change?
Free tracking supports up to five active returns. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks more than five active returns, within the app’s 5,000-purchase and 32 MB local storage capacity. The localized price is shown by Apple in the app before purchase. CSV export and full backup/restore remain free.
Can I use it without cloud backup?
Yes. The core tracker works offline. Cloud backup is optional and separate; check the privacy policy for what may be included if you turn it on.
